How to care about the clutch lever

Even if the clutch lever contain plastic self lubricated bearing, we recommend to make some basic maintenance. Like other motorcycle parts need to be cleaned, we recommend to you at least twice a year loosen the main lever bolt, clean the bolt a bearing and lubricate it by grease. After that you will be 100% sure, that your clutch lever will work greatly for a long time.

How to set the cable adjusting screw?

The cable adjusting screw must be set and tighten into the correct position according the choosen hole for the cable end. This will reduce the friciton of the cable inside the adjusting screw to minimum.  Follow the picture below.

I přesto, že je páčka vybavena samomazným kluzným pouzdrem, doporučujeme určitou péči. Jako jiné motocyklové díly, je dobré občasné vyčištění. Doporučujeme dvakrát do roka povolit matici a vytáhnout hlavní šroub páčky, vyčistit kluzné pouzdro a namazat jej mazacím tukem. Díky této péči si budete 100% jistí, že Vám páčka bude skvěle sloužit po velmi dlouhou dobu.

Jak nastavit stavěcí šroub bowdenu lanka?

Stavěcí šroub bowdenu musí být nastaven a dotažen ve správné poloze podle toho, jaký otvor pro konec lanka vyberte. Tímto docílíte co nejnižšího tření mezi lankem a vnitřkem stavěcího šroubu. Postupujte podle obrázku níže.
